Events

You bring the people. I run the room.

Retreats, offsites and private dinners — from the venue and the vendors to the day itself.

A campfire at dusk on the Algonquin Park retreat

For people with a group and no time to run it

I've run my own meet-ups in Tampa, Algonquin Park and Mont-Tremblant, and invite-only dinners across the US and Canada. I plan from the guest's side, not from a checklist.

  • Coaches and creators planning a first retreat.
  • Founders running a yearly offsite without an assistant.
  • Communities that want small dinners in more than one city.
  • Mastermind hosts who'd rather lead the room than chase venues.

What I handle

All of it, or just the part you need.

The venue

Cabins, lodges, restaurants and private rooms that fit the group, the budget and the feel.

The vendors

Chefs, drivers, photographers and gear — found, booked and briefed.

The guests

Travel info, food needs, and the small touches that tell people they're looked after.

The schedule

A day paced so the work happens, the talks happen, and people rest.

The day itself

I'm in the room, fixing whatever breaks while you lead.

The budget

Honest line items, no surprise costs, and a clear report at the end.

What I've already run

Four gatherings, from a lake in Ontario to a table in Florida.

How we start

A conversation first. Then a clear plan.

1

Tell me the idea

The size of the group, rough dates, and the feel you want.

2

We talk it through

On a free call I'll tell you honestly if I can help — and if not, who I'd send you to.

3

A clear scope

Priced for what you need. Just the vendors? That's all we do. Need me there on the day? I'm there.
